Matthew Hentschel was born and raised in Clearwater/Largo Florida. He graduated from Pinellas Park High on 2005 and then St. Petersburg college in 2010 with a degree in education.

Matt worked as a youth sports coach and middle school math teacher for 7 years before transitioning into insurance in 2019.  His hobbies include coaching youth sports, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends. Matt is also the office mastermind in making his weekly football picks.
